When you agree to a platform T&C you are giving them consent to use anything you upload to the platform. There is a very good chance you gave them consent. There are other legal clauses too: Fair Use Policy is one. 'Advertising purposes' is another (discern the fine line between 'advertising' and 'influencing'. Have you ever heard of Mood Boards used by some artists? Those require inspiration from other artists work. "It looks similar to another artists work." There are styles within art. Even without AI, artists work looks similar to other artists work. There are multiple AI art generators. It would help the anti-AI-art lobby to specify which ones they are targeting. They are not all the same. So far nobody has presented a concrete case *with evidence* that AI art generators have plagiarised anyone without a human end-user specifically using an artists work to create that result.
