Gng trying to be emotional, failed worse than Trolls with that, "Because singing killed my grandma okay?!?!?!?" Line, dude. It's two people walking under an umbrella and smiling really awkwardly. The animation is stiff af. The art direction-even though there is none-is super bland and boring, with a dull gray background for a supposedly "beautiful" scene. Like, for an emotional romantic scene like this, maybe take inspiration from Tangled, with that lantern scene? That works really well. (Or just... The entirety of Beauty and the Beast.) I'm not the best artist-trust me, I suck-but at least I try. And if I ACTUALLY drew and animated this, first I'd have shots of their faces individually first, then a shot of the two staring and smiling at each other. The background would have the night sky, and different shades of purples, blacks, blues for the darker areas, as they walk down past buildings with their yellow light shining in certain spots. Then, they'd walk on to a stone bridge. Then, they'd stop on the bridge and stare out at the water. They'd glance at each other, then turn to face each other fully. Then, with some sort of musical score playing, the background would blur slightly as the camera focuses specifically on the couple. They stare at each other with half-lidded eyes. The man holds the woman close to him. And they close their eyes and kiss. That sounded like a fanfic. I apologize, I got a little lost-😭 Point is, that would work for an emotional or romantic scene. I tried my best to explain clearly how it would look, to try to paint an actually beautiful setting for the scene itself, leading up to the kiss. (Assuming they're a couple.) This AI shit fest looks boring, is super awkward and stiff and doesn't instill any emotions or sense of awe for the scene itself. Because it's not trying. This person thinks two people smiling creepily and walking in the rain with an umbrella is all it takes to make a good emotional scene. NO. Just... NO. It looks awful, it's not pretty and it's CERTAINLY not beautiful. It has NO soul, it looks like shit. It should kill itself NOW. Yes, the AI program should generate a video of it killing itself NOW.
