Assuming that the AI kind of recreates something it had been trained on, chances are that a human conversation that started with the person who asked being polite, that conversion went better than otherwise.
I.e. the person who asked politely got more and better answers than a rude person asking the same quesion. You want the AI to reenact the polite conversation.
