It could've been a little better if AI Platforms like that are made to be artist-centric. For example, to train their AI, they could simply contract multiple artists (who agrees) and pay them. Typically, AI Art generators ask you which type of style you want. If it's a paid service, the artists should get a cut from the profits. Stuff like that. And perhaps, after the art is generated, the artists could be listed, as well as their portfolios.
That way, artists who mind their art style being replicated by AI wouldn't be stolen from, and artists who don't mind will get some extra money on the side.
There are so many ways to benefit the artists with this, yet they really chose exploitation. After the AI is generated, it's also possible to ask the artist to modify it as they want and pay some extra.
