Nope. A person can never really replicate someone elses' style. There will be variation and change because of interpretation, skill, experience and natural human error. Art can change down to the way you hold your pencil. The exception is of course tracing but 99.9% of people know that tracing art and passing it as your own is unethical. You can say there is more in common between tracing and AI "art" than there is when a human is copying another human.
