I haven't heard a single artist make any claim against AI other than it used their art to train,
Which all artist do. I do see a problem with scraping non-public works.
I feel like you using ai is no different than an artist or non artist using photoshop to paint and calling it a painting
It's like a modern bow hunter talking about giving a deer a chance that rifles don't, all while using an 80%let off 1k bow with carbon fiber arrows that move 300 feet per second
And still using the same food bait to get them to stand fairly still.
Ai is a problem for working artist, it's a problem for me as an artist
But it's not much different than photoshop
Because even ai has to be learned, it's just less of a learning curve.
Time will tell
