Except that this makes that 100× worse because cops then assume your guilt when they arrest you, it's already happened many times. My favorite quote is "you can't take a breath of fresh air in my city without us knowing about it". While trying to arrest a woman for stealing a package in a city the lady had never even been in. Also makes proving your innocence 100× more difficult because the police are provided factory printed affidavits by flock assuring their technology is accurate and the data source is confidential so your defense gets gipped out of both discovery and means of data collection. In a normal trial your defense gets to know how the data was collected and gets the data so they can dispute its authenticity. Ai surveillance tools allow police to not provide either to you.
