Yeh...don't lift samples from the AI generative stuff, bro. This is the basis of the copyright office guidelines.
However, the reverse is fine -- use AI to get ideas and record new shit with it. Copyright office won't know and doesn't care about how you did your magic trick. Don't mention you used any AI to make your recording.
