Absolutely. Because corporations have the resources to fully avoid legal action, the owner(s) of a driverless vehicle should automatically be found at fault of every accident it is involved in not matter what. Only human beings should have the right of being innocent until proven guilty: machines and corporations deserve the opposite. Corporations can then make a choice.
