I have concerns and I also find it creepy, he keeps saying 'publicly available' but what they are actually doing is scraping all these images at a given moment in time and storing them on their database, if a person then chooses to be private through their chosen platform, this scummy platform say's "no" too late, we have your data now. I'd advise everyone to use this address: privacy-requests@clearview.ai and ask them directly what they have on you... They say they are complying with all the privacy rules around the world, but as a resident of the UK requesting data under the terms of GDPR , I've heard nothing back, not even an acknowledgement of my request...
