I tried using AI recently to generate some paginated dates as an array of arrays of dates, by receiving a start date, end date and time interval (weeks and months to begin with) and surprisingly, AI generated what I asked.
However, code generated was far from optimal, as it included some steps that are not actually needed when generating pages and also, it had a bug where last generated page was not padded to make all page sizes the same length always, even when I specified it multiple times by modifying the prompt and giving feedback to each output.
In the end, I had to spend extra time just debugging and optimizing AI generated code manually, taking almost (or probably more time) than I should if decided to do it by myself from scratch.
