@giantsbane8439 I see AI a bit like the Smith Machine, or even assisted pull-up machine, that’s in some gyms. I think it can be phenomenal at giving one the familiarity and rush of having support and guardrails around writing where they otherwise would have been too intimidated to ever even begin. *But* when familiarity and comfort are gained, in my humble opinion, a person can only benefit from tapering off the support or assistance - the “training wheels” need to come off, so-to-speak. Otherwise they stay stuck on those machines out of familiarity and miss out on their true growth potential.
