This is what happened with 3D printing. The idiots in charge thought it was a StarTrek replicator and started mandating a specific percentage of parts to be converted to 3D printed regardless whether it made sense to do so. It's no different for "Ai", I use 3 Ais currently, it does the bulk of the heavy lifting but I always expect to need to check it's work. It's good for scaffolding so I don't have write everything, or to enhance the flow and format it beautifully. It's also really good at scaffolding for math modeling but always needs to be checked. It's an augmenting tool not a replacement.
