I recently attended an agentic AI webinar in which the CDO of a media publication discussed in his presentation how they have created a new HR monitored KPI to track your usage of AI and when questioned on the hesitancy of his engineers to adopt AI he was quite open about how the engineers that scored lower were more likely to lose their jobs if they didnt use AI.
