I'm a small artist and also a senior software developer, and I have to say I use AI a lot every day in my job because it's incredibly helpful to write code that is tedious and that looks exactly like the one I wanted to write. It makes my work a lot faster and I become a "reviewer" of code. I just check if it's correct and that it reaches its goal.
Right now I think I'll be replaced as a programmer at some point, but my new job will be reviewing what the AI did, but when it's about art and drawing it feels different..
When I see AI generated art that looks better than mine and it was created in 5 seconds I feel like I don't wanna keep learning and drawing
