That’s the gist of it, yeah… An AI generated picture might be pretty to look at, but it doesn’t make you think since there’s no point of view, no intent, nothing to analyse. Same with text.
Like, if someday they manage to make full movies with AI, none of them will have any cultural impact since there will be nothing to _talk_ about. Though I guess that’s already the case with a lot of algorithmically-made Hollywood blockbusters nowadays.
