Besides how sad it is that people would rather share their problems with a glorified word predictor algorithm than another real human being, if you just use a temporary chat all those security concerns largely go away. On a temp chat OpenAI doesn't store your data* and can't use the chat for training purposes.
So, if you're gonna use GPT as a therapist, at least do that.
