Well, this is to be expected. There was no proof that AI were capable of replacing humans in those tasks but some companies would rather learn it the hard way.
As for your question, I think we're still in falling phase and we haven't reached the valley yet in hype cycle's diagram.
This video makes me think serious questions. Okay, AI will get better over time but how long would it take? while waiting for AI to get better, how many companies and people would be the victim? how much money would this process take?
