As a union electrician I live in ny and we need to fight as hard as possible to bring younger people into the trades..younger kinds need mentors not brainless jobs like Amazon or in the mall…the can work with there hands and have a pension/health care/good family benefits this is one place ai can’t take away! But the higher ups will continue to bare down on us if we don’t stand up against it!
