There was a court case where a man rightfully fired an employee. The employee sued his boss, saying he was a racist and fired him because of his skin color. His evidence? A recorded phone conversation where his boss called him every racial epithet under the sun. It took experts to determine that the conversation was AI, and was produced from a few seconds of an actual non-controversial phone call. It’s inevitable that more of that kind of thing is coming.
