There is absolutely no doubt that the tech race for AI will continue because they all know in their minds that, he who gets here first wins. Nothing else matters to them. Whoever wins controls it all and these soulless people could care less what the collateral damage is. That is the conundrum. Without morality or God, all this ends not well. It will truly be hell on earth with chaos we cannot fathom.
