Hi, my perspective is that, the more application and technology wise AI we use the more it needs data centers,R&D labs and nuclear power station. For example if a country have 10,000 nos of that combined resources. Then it would easily be the world war 3 target. It's hard to rebuild and setup.The only solution is to exponentially increase the speed of manufacturing and installation like elon's way of solving idiot components. What I am trying to say is just simplify and develop the mfg process of infrastructures.
