Ai art is really bizarre in a sense that it is self defeating. In broad strokes, art needs skill to be special. That is what is the "Wow" factor in art. "how did they do that, Incredible". That wow factor inspires people to learn about art, movie making, stone sculpting, 3d modeling, oil painting etch. AI generators are incredible code, but they cant create incredible art. As the answer "how did they do that" becomes "they used a.i" sucks all the exitment from the art.
AI generators are trendy now but they soon wont be. Genres of art have limit on exposure untill they start to be annoying and clishe. And the way these Generators are desinged, even their most beatifull photos will start to look bland and uninteresting when you know it takes very little to make one of same quality. They wont have the wow factor anymore of being part of new tech but once that feeling is over, they have very little to stand on. "Art" they generate is not skillfull, its easy, cheap and boring. The last thing you want your art be is boring.
