Show Me How: Really awesome deep dive. I was thrilled so many historical examples were used because AI is just the latest in the cycle called progress.
There absolutely needs to be protection for humans because if anything AI generated was able to be copyrighted, we'd soon hit a threshold where virtually every conceivable image, song, or text combination would have been created by someone and then what? But on the other hand AI is merely a tool to share an expression with the world. The big fuss is over the speed at which AI can generate media because if it took AI 10 years to generate one picture barely anyone would care. As it stands it can generate 10 years of media in under a week if not sooner and thus one of the cruxes of this issue arises.
It's hard to find business content that gets down to the 'paperwork and legal' level. There's a ton of 'business strategy' out there but not enough of this granular coverage. Thanks!
