Oddly enough,. it's better to make the art by one's own hand due to more control in the creative process. To do so via AI... it's time consuming and redundant, and currently there's minimal anatomical fidelity that it's better to draw the body with one's own hands in a draw pad.
On the flip side, AI art serves well for en masse concept artwork.
