First thing that every one is overlooking. Is the importance of face to face interaction. A humans need to communicate with a real person. AI cannot replace that. AI cannot empathise. Most of the bots used currently by corporations over the telephone, I am sorry to say most of them are trash.. it does not have the power to empathise. That in itself is a dead end . I believe AI can be a very valuable tool in education and training, which can give equal opportunity to all participants, to excell. It can help tn research, AI may replace jobs in engineering. But I wonder who the buyer can hold responsible if any product built totally by AI stops working. Will insurance companies back AI generated products. AI can and must replace the government's and the corrupt legal system. I think AI can be helpful at the same time become extremely detrimental. It will affect the job market to an extent. But do you really think it can replace a human totally?
