I’m gonna be completely honest here, ghat gpt is actually a great tool for emotional support. it’s super paranoid and self important to think that your emotional problems are automatically gonna be exploited by everyone. it’s the same thing as all those girlies who have vent accounts on instagram but chat gbt is less pulic.
