because most people don't like AI art, does not mean that the people using them understand the reason. It will get worse for artists, sure some of the people will understand the reasons but, most will not. Especially if the people that are the heads of the companies or studios do not consume the products themselves. which is mostly the case for a lot of western companies and studios. like game studios, animation studios, film studios, publishers, etc. that's asmon's point. (btw It's a good thing that Japanese studios and Japanese publishers understand a bit more of their own industry.)
