Disabled artist here, seeing people use me and many other disabled artists as a 'Gotcha' moment to get pity points for their thought process is very disrespectful.
They are all for 'accessibility' until someone not able-bodied speaks up about it then suddenly we are 'Just confused and don't know whats best for us' or 'Just you wait you'll thank us later' All while they type a few buttons and make some horrendous looking 'art' or 'story' with no emotion behind it and without even a read over before posting the slop to medias drowning us actual artists and writers from getting our art out sometimes.
Which of course sometimes kills the motivation for some of us because when you see someone post an ai picture of a cat with its ear melting into the head with a birthday hat that looks like it was 5 different patterns in one get thousands of people praising it like its the lottery number going to give you 1 million bucks while a piece you have been working maybe days or weeks on get next to nothing can be really demotivating sometimes.
