The artificial intelligence organisations and technology potential beneficiaries have a duty to work under trust with society. This is resolved by payment of personal and created data used for training.
When a new industry is created around data creation and fair use then people will always have a potential for working to be a valid productive process with a digital produced good as a staple economic component.
For to long has data been taken from the public without compensation and will not be feasible if human's have no agency to act in the world because their potential has been taken.
