they could easily have a fingerprint and 3d face scanner to verify people's identity within minutes, we've had them in phones and laptops for years. you can definitely use computer vision face detection to detect someone quickly in a building full of hundreds but if you have someone trespassed, you should have some way to biometrically verify them
