If it's Ai art then Ai is the artist, therefore you can't be an ai artist (loosely,huge stretch), just a prompter at best. But if Ai is simply a tool then it's not Ai art nor art in the first place and you're still not an artist because there's no actual artistic processes; it is the equivalent of calling food machineries in factories “ chefs” . You write a prompt, and a machine generates an image based on that description and based on unregulated data from the internet so how is this art ? It can only be art when one of two scenarios ever happen:
1) You actually do something for the art besides typing the prompt, any creative process
2) Singularity
