Even if you commission a very specific piece of art from a human artist, the client does not hold the copyright to that piece unless that's explicitly agreed on (in writing).
An AI prompt is just a commission, but since there is no human involved it's arguable if the company could even claim copyright, let alone transfer it, even if they wanted to.
