You can actually “fix” the flattery problem by instructing ChatGPT to remember that you don’t want to be flattered and want objective answers. And I also changed the “voice” to robot. I did it when I first started using it and it doesn’t praise me and isn’t very conversational. Much more useful with that small adjustment.
