Boy, people who get mad because they think generative AI crawls artists' work without permission and steals it, makes money off their backs without compensation, pollutes the environment, etc. are gonna really lose it when they hear about Google/Google Images and how that works! It pollutes way more, presents users with artists' work exactly as it is (no recombination or alteration), and makes WAY more money without paying artists when they hand someone a copy of their work.
