Personally I do think this counts as fair use. If a person did the same thing there would be no question about it. I don't think just because an AI is doing it the law should necessarily be different. As for the prompt hacking. If I asked a student to produce the paragraph they are citing from they could easily do that. It wouldn't be plagiarism unless they attempted to pass off that copy pasted paragraph as their own
