This is so fascinating and alarming! I'd like to point out that the same explanation of the problem of using AI to bypass the process of learning is also a way of explaining the problem of smartphones. By bypassing the actual process of face to face encounters with our fellow humans the social networks like Facebook, Tik Tok, etc., have helped younger people to socialize without actually going through the learning process. That's how we get a drop in couples and fertility and a growing divide between young men and women all over the world, wherever smartphones are prevalent.
