@TopMusicAttorney Stable Diffusion has a concept of a Guidance Scale to indicate how closely you want the output to match up to the prompt. At this point in time, depending on the model the output can be unpredictable. The copyright guidance seems to reflect this unpredictability, but we're early days. As the models evolve, we're getting closer to 1:1 prompt to output parity, including minor details. The copyright guidance is aligned to a snapshot of how things work today, but don't reflect the vast improvements and changes that will occur even a year from now.
