You make valid points specifically your points on visual art vs music. However the AI does not make a perfect replica. It can get close at times but it does not make perfect copies. Not like a human can. Whats more is it does not even try to do so. I think you need to do a bit more research on how AI art and diffusion works. However it was nice to see a video about this subject that was not overly hyperbolic against AI art. While Im on the side of AI art I can agree visual artists should get the same treatment as musical ones.
