That's what happen when a moving vehicle and there's no eyes on the road it's still texting and driving, anybody who has a license and drive a car, see deer, people walking in dark areas not using crosswalks especially in the mornings going to work late in the evening going home but we normally see them and not Barrel them over, Common Sense should tell you if it would have self-driving car you still have to be alert and not texting hell he may as well been taking a nap, attentiveness and alertness is still required
