I think using AI in everything has been so bad. AI has been with us since forever and it is just clever algorithm and maths. But with LLM like chatgpt, people think AI is some big thing. Implementing half baked systems and using AI has been so bad. Specially some programs use LLM instead of experts systems for niche jobs and wonder why it is not working. This is even more true for customer support.
