There's still a few things im trying to understand. You say that the AI is trained off of copy writed art and using that art is ilegal. The way the AI works is it creates unique photos based on its understanding of what art should look like. Its the same as saying it's making photos based on artists its inspired but never directly copies the photos themselves. So are we saying that being inspired by an artist is illegal? If so, why don't we hold actual artists accountable for that too. For example, you have drawn photos of jinx from league of legends. In your argument, is that ilegal?
