I do not in any way, shape, or form think that AI being able to handle 80% of customer interactions is a bad thing. Customers are stupid and want to waste people's time. Let them talk to a bot, they like it better when it's done right. I don't think you realize how much work Court papers are, no one wants to pay an attorney for that, they have to. I've defended myself in Court for Many years, I will take that AI attorney. I'm in the 9th Circuit right now about to overturn/reform qualified immunity, ban Preponderance and give us all Right to Substantial Evidence and ban vaccine mandates. No attorney would even give me a consultation. It's terribly difficult to find an attorney in Federal Court due to draconian Court rules about lawyers needing to be admitted to practice in each District Court. We need that AI attorney.
