Europe- and the rest of the non US and China world are smart if their strategy is to let the AI Wars run their course. China has clear strategy of ultimately commoditizing AI and already their open source strategy is undercutting paid adoption in Enterprise.
These 2 giants will burn through TRILLIONS based on fear. At the end jobs will return but so much money is being sucked up no business in the US is expanding hiring
