I think it could be quite simple to look at the example of camera that is NOT programmed to think about the parameters that's going to "create" the picture. As opposed to ( I'm talking in music specifically ) AI tool that is programmed (based of data that has already been created) by the parameters you put in, included the level of randomness to finally create something that is going to sound like X, Y or Z. The clue is in " sounding like" and how much of the obvious copycat or not it is.
