Dude, but that's not how ai is suposed to be used when programing, if you ask it "hey, make me this thing" and expect it to work at the first try, you're delusional...
but you can use it to translate one language to another, adapt code to and from different frameworks, you can make the BASE for a function that you will adapt to make more sense in whatever context you have, you can use it to remember or learn obscure sintaxes...
It's also wonderful for solving extremely obscure and specific problems that would mean hours of documentation reading or impossible stack overflow searches, or at least it will give your trial and error some guidance.
It's like having a super knowledgeable but not too bright, well-predisposed, easily ignorable, free assistant.
Anyway, copilot was shit, I do not use it either, but I use GPT everyday
