As I've stated before, this is just the industrial revolution for art, giving the ability to create art to the masses.
The data set that's talked about is the exact same thing the human eye and brain does for art that people have seen. A person wanders an art gallery and observes and absorbs the art within, then eventually takes what they've seen and creates something new from it. This is the same thing the AI does. If people really want to 'protect' their art, keep it off the internet, put it on canvas and destroy it before one dies otherwise they'll end up like Goyas black paintings.
