im... im going to be honest, some of us really, really dont have a better option. "just dont do it" is not... it doesnt really work like that. some of us are so incredibly desperate for anyone or anything that will just, listen. i know its bad but the issue isnt so much that people are specifically going to ai for therapy as it is that many of us dont feel like we have a better option. mental health infastructure is so incredibly bad its not even funny...
