I don’t know about it as “ai therapy” per se. I’m sure there’s a therapeutic element but it is more of interactive journaling to me. A diary that talks back. Theres more to therapy than venting too. There’s definitely differences between it and real therapy. I understand that therapy is not always accessible and expensive so, I’m not saying the ai approach is not useful, but I do think there’s similarities and differences.
