In actual art, there is purpose and reason behind in each line, stroke of the brush, and color choices, to name a few. Looking at other people's art makes me think, "What does this element do for this piece? What is the reason or purpose for its inclusion? What was the artist thinking adding this in?" The why's and how's of art give every piece of human-made art a unique feel.
All AI does is copy the end result, none of the reflection or thinking behind the art it steals. It's the epitome of copying someone else's work: you got a result, but none of the growth or learning.
